Abundance: challenging narratives of scarcity around environmental crises through shared joy, resources, and community Abundance: challenging narratives of scarcity around environmental crises through shared joy, resources, and community

May 2, 2023 – May 4, 2023Thank you for joining the UO Student Sustainability Center, the Coalition Against Environmental Racism, and our other co-sponsors for Abundance: challenging narratives of scarcity around environmental crises through shared joy, resources, and community. This series of events, happening across multiple days, will feature educational talks, workshops, and volunteer opportunities for students and other UO community members to engage with the idea of abundance. The climate crises and other intersecting issues, such as environmental racism, can make us feel disconnected and hopeless. We believe that one of the most corrective actions we can take in this work is to challenge that narrative. We are all that we need, and we have everything we need! Join us as we explore the abundance of our very own community, and beyond!
