How to Sign-up to Speak at the Public Forum:

• • Fill out the Request to Speak form on Monday, July 25, 2022. The Request to Speak form will be open from 7:00pm to 7:35pm.
    • Click here to fill out the Request to Speak form.
  • Follow the instructions above to connect to the meeting via Zoom.
  • Those who have submitted a sign-up form by 7:35 p.m. will be added to the speaker’s queue.
  • At 7:35 the sign-up will close and the queue will be randomized and shown at the start of the Public Forum.
  • Speakers will be called in the order they appear on the list. The moderator will promote speakers to panelists. Speakers will typically have up to 2.5 minutes to speak, though the mayor may adjust speaking time as needed. The mayor will announce the speaking time at the start of the Public Forum.
  • Written testimony can be submitted to City Council by sending an email to mayorcouncilandcitymanager@eugene-or.gov
