CLDC: legal history of the Green Scare

Lauren Regan and CLDC advisory board member and former political prisoner Daniel McGowan, will discuss the “Green Scare”—the largest federal prosecution of environmental and animal rights activists in U.S. history.
Daniel was a non-cooperating defendant, represented by Lauren. They will discuss the historic importance of these cases to movements and current implications regarding State repression and frontline actions.
