Interested in being a part of the Eugene Pride Equality Rally and March (before the festival starts)?! Details are below:

· 8:30-9:00 AM – Community begins to gather at Kesey Square (also known as Broadway Plaza [at the southeast corner of the intersection at Broadway and Willamette Street])

o Speakers and performers: please arrive by 8:50 AM and meeting with organizers at the speaking platform

· 9:00 AM – Rally begins with a Call to Rally Song by the Raging Grannies

o Followed immediately by a reading of the Land Acknowledgment

· 9:25 AM – Completion of Rally and call to procession facing east on Broadway

· 9:30-10:00 AM – March to the 2023 Eugene Pride Festival

March route:

· East on Broadway to Oak Street

· Left (north) on Oak Street, crossing S Park Street, E 8th Avenue, E 7th Avenue, and E 6th Avenue to E 5th Avenue

· Right (east) on E 5th Avenue, crossing Pearl Street to High Street

· Right (south) on High Street, bearing left to merge onto North Ruth Bascom Bike Path

· Proceed north (parallel to Coburg Road) and slope down to follow the bike path under Coburg Road

· Right on the back path at Willamette River to cross Peter DeFazio Bridge, circling down and to the left (following the river bike path) to the 2023 Eugene Pride Festival
