Ordinance on town run plat vacations
The Eugene Urban Renewal Agency (URA)requests approval of four vacations of prior right‐of way and utility easements within Downtown Riverfront property(Plat of Town Run). In order to make the new subdivided lots ready for sale and subsequent development, it is necessary that the prior utility easements that crisscrossed the development site be vacated
